- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
all pricing is subject to change if issues are found during scheduled services and discussed with customer ahead of any extra work being completed. We also give a 10% discount for all active and retired military as well as all first responders. A 5% senior discount is also a discount we provide.

Proposal: Based on the customer's needs, MY business creates a proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and cost. Negotiation: The customer and my business may negotiate on the proposal's terms until both parties agree. Agreement: The customer and my business sign a contract or agreement that outlines the project details, payment terms, and any other relevant information. Project Delivery: My business delivers the product or service to the customer, and both parties maintain communication throughout the project to ensure it meets expectations. Follow-up: After the project is complete, my business may follow up with the customer to ensure they are satisfied and to address any concerns or feedback. This step is crucial in building a long-term relationship with the customer.
