What a great guy! We are absolutely thrilled w/ Richard and the work he did for us. There’s a serious shortage of handymen/carpenters working in Santa Fe (or willing to drive here for jobs.) No exaggeration, it took me 6 months and four different hires to finally find someone to finish replacing the baseboard trim in my daughter’s bedroom. I was so upset and frustrated until we found Richard. Rich came early on a Sunday morning and finished the job same day (playroom and bedroom)! He did a stellar job, despite having to fix mistakes made by the second guy I hired. On top of that, Rich also gave great advice abt child safety w/in my new home and figured out lots of ways to fix things economically but w/ a truly impressive level of perfectionism. I’m recently widowed and have a young daughter but felt totally comfortable having Rich in my home. He’s a lovely person: super kind, caring, punctual, responsible, honest, generous, friendly, and incredibly skilled. My daughter loved Rich (he’s a dad so he understands kiddos) so much she didn’t want him to leave our house! If you’re looking for an honest, kind, respectful, friendly handyman who’ll show up on time and do the highest quality work for a very reasonable amount of money, look no further. Santa Feans - he’ll drive here w/o complaint and be grateful for the opportunity! Moms and single women - here’s a guy who’s totally trustworthy and who won’t make you feel nervous or creeped out in your own home. Rich is great around kids and dogs and people alike. HIGHLY recommended!

Beware of this handyman. He was doing a simple repair to replace a flushing mechanism in the toilet. The job was done incorrectly and he came out to redo it which he said involved a simple pipe replacement. He insisted it would be simple. He burst a pipe and put a big hole in the wall. I’m now waiting for an emergency plumber to come and repair his making a simple issue into a plumbing emergency.

The flushing mechanism was put in properly!!!!! I was asked to fix another repair and advised this person she’s going to need a plumber!!!! Thank you for your review!!!!!Re- did her waterfall and lighting for said waterfall customer was satisfied with the work!!!!!!This was not mentioned!!!!
