R&A did a wonderful job replacing the old carpet in my new house with the laminate I bought at Home Depot. Erik took the time to help me create the shopping cart with everything they would need to get the job done, from the flooring itself, to the threshold transitions, underlayment, and stair treads. He helped make sure I ordered the right stuff in the right quantities, and as soon as it was delivered to my house, he and his team came in and did an amazing job! They even removed and replaced the baseboards to save us the expense of having to buy all new ones, and they handled it all gently (and sorted it all carefully to make sure everything ended up back where it came from) so that it wasn’t damaged by the work. I’m so impressed by the quality of the work, their team was awesome, and they were the best price I could find by far. It honestly felt like I got the family treatment, both in price and in the quality of work; it felt like they came in and took the same care of my home as they would’ve for their own family. I cannot recommend R&A enough, they really were wonderful!
