I wish I could say the experience was better. The moving job consisted of moving a refrigerator from my kitchen to the garage. Before the movers came, I asked if I should empty the refrigerator and was told it was not necessary. When the movers arrived they removed a freezer basket laden with food. They moved the refrigerator but did not put the freezer basket back in place. Whey I emptied the freezer basket to replace it I noticed that it had been cracked. I contacted thumbtack and was told a check for the replacement cost of the new basket ($138.49) would be put in the mail the next day. It is now a few weeks later and I have yet to see the check. I was also unimpressed with their business practices. I was quoted $110 for the job and asked to pay that amount upon completion of the job. I asked for an invoice before paying. The movers said they could not write an invoice. When I told them I would not pay without one, I received one, which included an addition for tax. The movers indicated they could take the $110 if the invoice had not been demanded, but would charge tax if one was demanded. The implication was that they would not pay sales tax if I did not demand an invoice. I fully expect to pay sales tax, and I do not like to do business with organizations that do not. I also do not appreciate doing business with organizations that exhibit a total lack of quality control when it comes to my job.
Cal picked up my hot water from Home Depot and arrived on time at my home. He competently installed the hot water heater and carried the old one away. All for an excellent price. He cleaned up after himself and was a gentleman from start to finish. Highly recommend!
I hired Willis Enterprise to set up my rental home's swamp cooler. He was efficient and did a good job. He did routine maintenance as well as he fixed a broken spider and float. Good rates.

We needed help moving basically the equivalent of a 1 bedroom apartment. Mostly just the heavier and "awkward" stuff to move. We prepacked boxes and had a lot of the stuff staged in the garage. Steve and his helper were very personable and listened to all of our requests. They looked at what we needed to move an loaded the truck in the most efficient way to fit everything in it. I am very satisfied with there work and would defiantly recommend them.
I was very pleased with Mark and his team. I was nervous about moving the hot tub because it was so difficult for the professional movers to put it in place when we moved here. You can tell by the way Mark works that he definitely knows what he is doing and has moved a lot of hot tubs. He made it seem so easy. Would definitely hire him again without reservation.
