We charge by the hour, like most professional cleaning companies, and our rates are all-inclusive for the services listed — no surprise add-on fees. Many companies advertise a low number and then charge extra (sometimes $1 per minute) for things like baseboards; with us, what you're quoted is what you pay. The "average rate" Thumbtack shows for Albuquerque isn't accurate for our level of service. We're happy to talk through pricing directly so you know exactly what to expect. Our rates are competitive, and the quality and protection you get in return are unmatched.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by telling you everything about our company so you can hire with confidence. We provide our rates, insurance certificates, and detailed cleaning checklists up front, and we send a simple service agreement to confirm the details. From there, we schedule your cleaning and get your home looking its best.
