Answer the phone. Provide a customer service number that someone actually talks to you. Start by telling the consumer the truth. Take away the employees ability to change your appt time to what is more convenient for them! They are not the customer!

Scam do not sign up or give your information. Bait and switch you will be charged a subscription you cannot get out of unless you pay $120

Terrible service! I used them twice, both the cleaners who came and the customer service are terrible. Cleaners are slow and dont get the job done (the 2 I had at least). The company, charges a membership fee to allow for low rates, and cancelation fees if you cancel early. Their customer service doesnt help out once you have issues either.
