- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give my phone number to interested clients so that they may reach out to me to schedule a meeting in order for me to give a proper estimate. Depending on what the client prefers, I can meet at the clients home for the estimate or the interested client may send me pictures via text of work they need done, which works just as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a caregiver, I have received training on thorough cleaning and sanitation, including COVID sanitation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a caregiver, and I quickly realized that I enjoy helping people live comfortably at home. I’ve always enjoyed cleaning as it helps me to get my thoughts in order as well so I thought why not!
