Hugo and his father had a different job scheduled for today but it got postponed. He requested me to move my job from tomorrow, to today and I accommodated him. I was going to dig out the access to valve work needed in advance of my appointment date and save myself $500 in labor but since I accommodated him a day early, I wasn’t able to do this labor myself and ended up paying the $500 in addition to other estimated costs of materials and labor. Outside of that, they did the work quickly, returned surface materials to original placement, and cleaned up their work area. The workmanship is new, appears professional and quick testing appears to work as expected. We both had to leave the premises quickly for other commitments so when I return to the property I’ll test it further to ensure everything works as expected. Great job thus far Hugo and father!

Hugo showed up at the time agreed upon and he did a maintenance check on my soaker system, I showed him a location where there was a possible leak, he checked and we agreed on a repair price there and then. He made the repair and he even lowered our agreed estimate. Overall a good experience and they don’t charge a service call.

Alpha1 responded to my inquiry quickly, came out the next day, and fixed everything within an hour. Seemed knowledgeable about various types of sprinklers and drip systems. Price, including materials, was $180 for replacing two drips, installing a bubbler, and adjusting the sprinklers.
