- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For maintenance we look at size of the lawn, and length of grass and weeds. We can then calculate how many hours and how many people we will need to service your property promptly. For one time projects its the same concept but we include cost of materials and we can include it in the price or you can pay for the materials yourself and we will provide the labor. We are here to meet your needs!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that their quote includes the disposal of all related materials that were used or removed. I have seen countless contractors leave debris after the work has been "completed" the whole point is to make your home look clean! Don't do their work for them.
