Introduction: MoldBusters New Mexico specializes in mold and pathogen removal for your home and office using a demolition-free method. I am completely satisfied with the mold remediation that Cassie performed on our home. Cassie was very careful to explain the process and gave us a good idea of what to expect and how long it would take. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy and helpful. She kept me informed of exactly when she would arrive, which was very helpful since people and pets have to leave the house for the process. My husband wanted to observe the process so she let him hang around and even had an extra mask that he could wear. We had some visible mold in the north window sills in a couple of rooms in our house and there was a funky smell in those rooms. After the treatment the smell and the mold was totally gone. The house still smells sanitized. We weren't suffering any major effects from the mold, but I feel a lot more comfortable knowing that we aren't breathing in moldering air. This is such a quick and easy way to deal with mold! I highly recommend it!

Our inspections and estimates are completely free. We offer mold tests for only $100 while competitors usually charge around $250. Our cost of treatment for killing the mold and bacteria in the entire home and HVAC system is usually about the same price our competitors would charge for one room. We are so confident in our process that we guarantee our results and provide a 1 year warranty with our service when the entire home/office is treated.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are happy to provide home inspections and estimates free of charge. Once you reach out to us we'll get an appointment scheduled as soon as possible, with same-day/next-day service often available. If you would like the levels and types of mold in your air tested, we provide Indoor Air Quality Tests for $100.00. Once we understand the scope of the issue, your needs, and the size of your home, we can provide you with an estimate for treatment.
