- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You have the choice of training IN PERSON with me 1x per week, 2x per week, or 3x per week with a flat monthly fee and no long term contracts. Card on file drafts monthly and you can cancel with a 30 day notice. Must have a gym membership with Powerflex gym for in person training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever you sign up with me I immediately get to work for you on building your custom training program and breaking down your nutrition guidelines. I send you access to the app where you fill out your profile and update stats and photos, then you'll be able to see all of your training, nutrition guide etc.. I also schedule all of your sessions so you are guaranteed your time spot so you know exactly what time we work together and what we are doing that day. I handle everything for you except the actual working out and eating!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. Certified Level 1 nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition. Nutrition for Athletes Certification through Precision Nutrition.
