Art did some exterior painting and replaced weather stripping around my garage door and side door. He replaced my kitchen faucet. He did what he said he was going to do, for the price we agreed upon, and I was happy with the work. He was polite and respectful. The only criticism I have is that he rescheduled several times (without a lot of notice), but at least one of those times was my fault -- he couldn't find the right part and I ended up ordering it online, which saved me money.

Brian is efficient and knows his stuff! He has landscaped my backyard, painted my trim on the outside of my house, painted a bedroom, fixed multiple problems around the house, put in 2 pet doors and many other odd jobs. He is professional and is a perfectionist about his work. Brian's prices are reasonable and he is flexible with his schedule.

I contracted with Lowe’s to tile my home. When they came in to do the job and after removing all the carpet in my home, they decided they couldn’t or wouldn’t lay new tile. So instead, I contracted with Danny off the Thumbtack website. Danny completed a complex complete bathroom remodel and new tile in the Kitchen. Danny worked closely with me to ensure I got the tile and fixtures I wanted, and the design was right. He is very through and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I've been looking for a handyman for a long time. I've found him! I needed a small ramp built, a sprinkler repair and bedroom door replaced. The owner and his two staff were very friendly, did great work, and cleaned up when finished. I enjoyed having them in my home. They provide a broad spectrum of services, so I can't see where I will have to look elsewhere for future fixes. As close to a one-stop shop as you could hope for with great customer service to boot. I didn't know such a thing even existed anymore.

Although I originally sought help simply removing my concrete driveway, Mike's versatility and problem-solving instinct made him the perfect craftsman to undertake a larger project, of which sawing that concrete into blocks was only the first step. He reused the concrete blocks as pavers, forming a beautiful, organic-looking mosaic of a new driveway (in a different location and shape) based on my sketches. It looks so nice I get strangers knocking on my door to find out who did the work. The crazy thing is that this was a first for him, but he combined such creativity and perfectionism into the job that onlookers assume it is a specialty of his. Mike's labor rate is appropriate to his level of expertise, and now that I know how adaptable he can be, I will hire him for anything from plumbing to finish carpentry. This project had a lot of preparatory steps (concrete removal, coordinating with other services, grading/leveling, etc.) to manage, and he thought of some great ways to save me money in the process. As a result, the project wound up coming in about 20% under his estimate!

Darren came in to bid replacing a couple of doors. However, I discovered he had additional skills for some remodeling projects that I also needed. He installed 2 custom sized doors, rekeyed door locks, installed a storm door, built and replaced 3 large wood gates, extensive interior painting, wall paper removal, replace some loose floor tiles, removed a recessed medicine cabinet. Since the house was empty he was able to knockout a lot of work in 7 days just before and right after Christmas. Prices were very reasonable and included supplies. He showed up on time every day, did everything we discussed and needed, was extremely reliable and does a nice job of cleaning up. Gave us helpful hints for future DIY items as well. He has a great deal of knowledge, good personality, is reliable and trustworthy and communicates well w/female homeowner. We will definitely use him again in the future. I concur w/another reviewer that if I could keep him to myself for all my projects I would. C Bradbury, Albuquerque
