- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices you will find are affordable and they vary upon job as well as the time it takes to complete the task at hand. If we have to travel outside of Albuquerque their will be $1.00 per mile fee added on to the total price of the job. The same goes with Emergency or After-hours service calls (prices are negotiable). If requested we will be able to give our customers a base starting rate to give them an idea of what we might charge. We will give a final quote as soon as we do the initial consultation at the prospective clients home or business whichever the case may be. We do offer 10% discounts for Seniors and Veterans. We are now offering 20% discounts for frontline workers that risk their lives every day in the fight against Covid-19.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer means we have made another life-long friend and we treat our customers right here at Sustainable Innovationz. You will be signed up for the loyalty program upon acceptance of our loyalty program terms and conditions. Our loyalty program offers special offers and seasonal discounts for everyone. We also give the chance to win special prizes with the points you receive every time you purchase a service from our company. The details will be explained in the terms and conditions in which you will receive upon receipt of our first visit with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a project manager, a licensed journeyman plumber, two handymen with 20+ years of experience under their belt and an interior decorator that is currently a student at Academy of Art University for Bachelors in Architectural and Interior Design. When I say we are a "Jack of All trades" I was not kidding. We do everything!
