Introduction: Hello everyone we are a family owned small-business here in Albuquerque, NM. We have a total of four employees including myself and I must say we are a "jack of all trades" so to speak. We specialize in plumbing, heating and cooling but we are skilled in many other trades such as appliance repair, furniture assembly, landscaping, home remodeling, electricity, interior and exterior paint as well as accent wall designing. We have a new addition to the team that allows us to expand our services to offer housekeeping and interior decorating she is an Architectural and Interior Design Undergrad student at Academy of Art University and is looking for opportunities to gain experience and master the basics of interior decor so we do offer those services on top of our handymen services. We offer senior and military discounts of 10% off the total price. On another note the rate we give you is just a starting price it is not the total price. We will not be able to give you an exact estimate at the time of initial contact. We must visually analyze the job in person to give you the proper estimate. We are quick to respond to jobs and can most likely get you in the same day we respond with a quote. We appreciate all of you and look forward to building awesome, healthy and lasting business relationships. *We take precautionary measures by wearing masks and gloves as well as cleaning areas we are working on before starting and after we complete the task. We also ask you/family members do the same in return if you are in the area in which we are conducting business. ** If you have any questions, comments, or concerns you may call us or send us a message (our number is on our website) and I would be happy to assist you. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to take your call and assist you with any handyman needs, including emergency services and our service area reaches all throughout New Mexico. Mr. Miller took great care of the pipe issues I was having. He unclogged them very efficiently. The outcome of the pipework was extremely satisfying. I would definitely recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices you will find are affordable and they vary upon job as well as the time it takes to complete the task at hand. If we have to travel outside of Albuquerque their will be $1.00 per mile fee added on to the total price of the job. The same goes with Emergency or After-hours service calls (prices are negotiable). If requested we will be able to give our customers a base starting rate to give them an idea of what we might charge. We will give a final quote as soon as we do the initial consultation at the prospective clients home or business whichever the case may be. We do offer 10% discounts for Seniors and Veterans. We are now offering 20% discounts for frontline workers that risk their lives every day in the fight against Covid-19.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer means we have made another life-long friend and we treat our customers right here at Sustainable Innovationz. You will be signed up for the loyalty program upon acceptance of our loyalty program terms and conditions. Our loyalty program offers special offers and seasonal discounts for everyone. We also give the chance to win special prizes with the points you receive every time you purchase a service from our company. The details will be explained in the terms and conditions in which you will receive upon receipt of our first visit with you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a project manager, a licensed journeyman plumber, two handymen with 20+ years of experience under their belt and an interior decorator that is currently a student at Academy of Art University for Bachelors in Architectural and Interior Design. When I say we are a "Jack of All trades" I was not kidding. We do everything!
