My pricing is always transparent and competitive—every estimate is detailed so you know exactly what you’re paying for. I occasionally offer seasonal promotions, referral bonuses, and insurance-claim upgrades, but I never cut corners on materials or workmanship. Any discount is clearly listed on your written proposal so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With every new customer, I focus on communication and trust. I meet you at the property, explain what I see, give a clear written estimate, and handle permits or insurance details. During the project I keep you updated every day, and we only consider the job complete when you’re 100% happy
