I love to help people with Anxiety Stress and Energy management. Both Hypnosis and Guided imagery in Yoga Nidra Therapies can address stress, anxiety, pain, insomnia, panic attacks, behavior health issues, phobias traumas and unwanted habits. Yoga Nidra is the Yoga of sleep so there are no poses or physical exercises. You simply rest comfortably and listen to the sound of my voice. Another modality I offer is Hypnosis for weight or stress management and a 4 week Heartmath program for energy management and building resilience to stress. Heartmath is used by first responders and other frontline workers, veterans and others who are experiencing energy depletion from trauma or years of energy drain. This is why it is so good and can help you too.
There are lots of great teachers and guides out there. I feel that I have an edge because I have experienced a lot of issues firsthand in my past and I have had to save my own life through many of the tools I include in my practice to help others today. For instance, in my past I used to suffer panic attacks and debilitating anxiety. Guided imagery, and hypnosis as well as Yoga have helped me immensely. I am so grateful to have discovered HeartMath resilience techniques as I am now a lot less stressed and my blood pressure is lower and more steady. I practice what I preach and I actually live the life of health and wellness from my positive attitude and work ethic of never giving up on myself or others, to my compassion and understanding of all of our unique situations in life as well as taking into consideration various each clients unique situation and understanding life events can affect us all in differently . In addition I take into consideration the different ways we learn. Some people are more auditory and some people more visual.
I have tests available as part of the initial assessment for hypnotherapy. I have worked in corporate and government settings university for credit and non credit classes, private studios fitness centers, golf communities and spas.
