How does your service stand out?

There are lots of great teachers and guides out there. I feel that I have an edge because I have experienced a lot of issues firsthand in my past and I have had to save my own life through many of the tools I include in my practice to help others today. For instance, I used to suffer from greatly from scoliosis. Practicing Pilates has greatly reduced pain and discomfort and the need for chiropractic. Yoga and meditation and self hypnosis has allowed me to balance mind and body and reduce anxiety. Following a holistic diet, drinking more water and testing the PH to keep the body more alkaline has made an incredible difference to my family's overall health. I practice what I preach and I actually live the life of fitness and health from my positive attitude and work ethic of never giving up on myself or others, to my compassion and understanding of all of our unique situations in life as well as taking into consideration various body shapes, types levels of health, fitness and understanding life events can affect us all in different ways and we are all unique in the way we learn. I have worked in corporate and government settings university for credit and non credit classes, private studios fitness centers, golf communities and spas.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

I especially love it when I can be there when my client has an "aha moment" those are the best! I love my work and I enjoy it when my client trusts me with their story and knows I will be there for them step by step.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My customers always receive assessments to insure the individualized approaches are used for your unique situation. With my hypnosis program it is the same thing. We need to get to the core of the issue. It's often not what you originally thought. For instance you may think your issue is overeating when the root is stress or lack of sleep. We may use an initial approach from a stress reduction standpoint rather than weight management. This has proven to be quite successful in that many people who struggle with weight are under stress and do not realize they are eating as much as they are. A stress management program can help the client achieve increased focus and awareness better sleep and over all health. If you are interested in an exercise program you will receive a free corrective assessment to improve postural imbalances which will then allow the client to perform the exercises with ease and perhaps less aces and pains which normally keep a healthy client from continuing their program.

It depends on the area of the US The economy affects most people even today I work with people and understand their unique situation. It is a two way street. I have a sliding scale for those who can show they are financially challenged. Generally my sessions are $60-$75 per 1.5 session $60 for one hour $50 for 45 min sessions. Buying a monthly package will bring your cost per session down
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Movement and hypnotherapy are very powerful tools for change. I have seen some amazing shifts. As a Certified Mind Body Wellness Practitioner ,I offer companies, groups and people wellness programs and plans through Personal training, Hypnotherapy and Coaching.When you experience a greater sense of vitality you thrive not just survive. What types of customers have you worked with?
People come to me mostly for getting in shape, increasing their overall fitness and losing weight. What I am finding is that "Stress" is often a first layer to address for someone with weight issues.. I offer private personal training and corrective exercise, Pilates and yoga and Hypnotherapy for weight management. My job is to provide education and support with integrity and insight.

I have been in the health and wellness industry for over 30 years. Its not boring and I still love every minute of it. Movement is my life. I am a dedicated exercise instructor who was blessed to have had so many talented teachers along the way. I see each one of my clients as a teacher. We are all learning from each other. That is what we are here for. To share our stories with one another and to have a sense of being connected . We are not alone. So many of us have had similar experiences. We grow from listening to each others experiences. Its all about sharing the story.
