- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price using your address to determine the actual lawn size and then use the lowest industry rates for the area to quote you the best offer that we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our customers like to call in because it is easy and quick, we are able to give an accurate quote just using your address. They can also schedule entirely online at lawnstarter.com. From there, we typically reserve a weekly time or bi-weekly depending on a customers' needs. We also set them up with a customer account so they can manage their service online as they please.
