- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rates based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. If you would like extras we can easily add them on! No hidden fees. Using thumbtack alone will allow you to get $25 off your first cleaning!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you book with us you will instantly get an email validating everything that you have asked for along with your payment information. If you have left any notes regarding entrance or keys or pets you will receive a call at the earliest convenience to confirm we have it all correct, and assure you that you are in good hands. Our cleaning superstars will arrive on time with all of the cleaning supplies they will need. In extremely rare cases we have had customers have us use some of their own supplies for a specific counter or floor, but usually we have everything we need. When we have finished everything our maids will swiftly exit, but not without leaving their names and small treat for our new customers! Later that night the customer will receive notice that their card has been charged, along with a rating email to tell us what you thought of us. The next day the customer will receive a follow up call to make sure that we have done everything in our ability to accommodate them to the best of our ability!

I noticed a lack of professional cleaners who really went above and beyond in order to treat the customers as they needed to be treated! I want to pamper you. Expect great customer service, a completed cleaning sheet showing you what we did, even little gifts happen to show up every now and then!
