Paying Loop 1 Home Inspections was the best $425 I have ever spent! My inspector, Bobby, found quite a few issues with a home I bought in Albuquerque... My Realtor was able to get $5000 off of the sales prices after showing the sellers the inspection report and what it would cost to correct the issues! Don't hesitate to call them - they do excellent work! The report was detailed and easy to follow as well.

Me and my husband were happy with the inspection report we received. It helped my Realtor negotiate several repairs before we moved in to our new home in Rio Rancho! Our inspector, Bobby, was very nice and explained everything to us. The scheduling process could be improved - we had to text or call to schedule the inspection... An online scheduler would have been easier. If they had online scheduling, I would have given 5 stars.
