Master Fitness Trainer with over 20 years experience in training the United States military special operations units, law enforcement officers, professional, college, and high school athletes, as well as novices who simply want to get in better shape for themselves. Specializing in military entry preparation as well as police and fire academies.
Experience and knowledge in rehabilitation from sports injuries. Results based training. Lastly, being that I am the owner operator, I do not charge additional gym memberships costs on top of your personal training. You want personal training, that is exactly what you pay for.

I’m giving X-Tactics 5 stars because my expectations are being met. When I met Exevius In July I thought he was crazy to think that I would get through one workout, but oh how the tables have turned. It’s only been a few months but I can see progress. My goal is to get fully toned and lose a few pounds. The facility is always kept clean along with various genres of music playing to get or keep you pumped for your workout. You’ll never come in and do the same exercise twice. Each workout is harder than the next. I’ve learned to appreciate it. It’s building my endurance. You truly get what you pay for which is an Ass whooping to get you in shape! I highly recommend his services it’s worth it. I have listed my before and after pictures no sucking the stomach in either that’s all progress!

I brought my teenage kids in because they were wanting to get in shape. My 14 year old daughter has been trying multiple programs online since she was 10 because she loves fitness and being in shape. My son is 18 and wants to get in better shape because he's an avid scuba diver and working towards his dive master certification. Trying to find a trainer and gym who will work with teens is not easy!!!! The response time was incredible and my husband and I were very impressed when we went to meet with him. The kids love working with him twice a week and are anxious to add more days to their schedule with him... a great sign!

Growing up, I had always been involved in sports, I’ve never been overweight, but now that I’m a bit older, working a full time job, and 2 kids later, it seems like my body isn’t quite what it use to be. When I met X I told him that I have terrible eating habits and I don't always push myself as hard as I can. He laughed at me. Since I started working with X, he has stays on me, he won’t let me cut my reps or workout short, he always does this with a smile, and an upbeat attitude. If your looking for an amazing trainer that will get you the results you want X is your guy.

Best trainer I’ve had. He pushes me and knows how to get results, but also pays attention to how my body responds so I don’t get injured. I actually look forward to my workouts even if they do kick my butt.
