    Pam has been my primary yoga teacher in Albuquerque for over ten years. She is the best! Her knowledge and skill set is deep. Her classes are flow based, vinyasa style with a root in Ashtanga yoga practice. She is always calm and quietly assured in her teaching. Her own yoga practice is impressive in strength, ability and commitment. You could not ask for a better instructor.
