After a bad experience on another platform, I found Fetch! They were recommended to me by a faimly member, and did an excellent job with my cats. My schedule was constantly in flux with my work, and they were able to navigate my changes with ease and I never worried that the sitters wouldn't show up or do what was asked of them. In fact they all went above and beyond when it came to caring for my cats. Journals, emails and photos help keep track of whats going on while I am away, and someone always available by phone or text in the office is unheard of these days. a bit pricey, but these days you get what you pay for and in my mind no price to high for ease and peace of mind.
