Thomas Kelley (aka Duke) has performed three projects for me in my house, plus a few outdoor chores, with the strong potential of future tasks.
In the performance of each project or chore, Duke has exhibited high degrees of technical skills as a handyman, and also the interpersonal skills that are needed for helping me to define what needs to be done. Duke and I soon developed a rapport that has carried over from one project to the next, and I will be glad to continue working with him on my future needs for a handyman.
