FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every wedding is different. This is why I like to hear some of the details of the day such as where is the wedding, and how many hours of photography will you be wanting. After I understand your needs I can offer you a price that fits your day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After some email communication about the details of the wedding, and what I offer you as a wedding photographer, I like to have a chat on the phone or schedule a meeting so we can get to know each other, and talk about the wedding day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For nearly twenty years, I have been traveling to far away landscapes and cultures, documenting life and landscapes across all 7 continents. I've studied photography at college, taken special workshops, read books, followed blogs, and learned from experience, behind the lens, in the moment. I feel wedding photography flows like travel photography, you have to get the moment, as it happening, there is no re-do in nature, just as there is no re-do's at weddings.
