If you are on the verge of whether or not to hire a day of planner for your wedding (or a decorator), hire a planner NOW, or better hire Stacey. Stacey was probably the most important reason our wedding was so so great. She had the best attitude, came in early, had no issues with any of my ridiculous requests through out the day (I asked her to even pick up milk at the hotel and she made it happen). May god have mercy on this lady but putting up with me, but she did and exceeded all of my expectations. She was my go to girl the entire day of the wedding. She is AMAZING!! Even my guests knew who the planner was and kept commenting on how great she was. My husband, who is completely oblivious of all wedding related stuff, texted me to say that our planner hit it out of the ball park. I gave her the layout for the day and she didn't miss ANYTHING. I had so many different things going on, and she made them ALL happen, was super flexible and really a major reason why the wedding was on time and flew perfectly. The wedding was more than what either of us could dream of and Stacey really made it happen. Thank you so much for being so professional, easy going, flexible and just the perfect amount of level head and organization needed for this job. Hire her now!! Don't think twice.
5+++++ STARS From the time I was contacted by "Ecstasy Events by Char" with an initial bid , until completion, it was more than a pleasure. I initially did some research, looked at some pictures of food and read some reviews. I respond to the email. Charlene and I talked about the "No Pork" Menu, the # of people, budget, time, place, date etc. She knew exactly what I wanted and even threw in some ideas, which I loved because "THIS IS WHAT SHE LOVES TO DO" ! I actually hired her to do a 2 day drop-off service. She offered to give me a lil discount for hiring her for both events, which was very considerate. Day1: Friday 01/13/17 Menu for 20 INCLUDED: PREPARATION, DELIVERY, COMPLETE SETUP OF MAIN DISH, APPETIZERS, SIDE DISHES , PLASTIC SILVER SERVING UTENSILS , ETC. SMOTHERED CHICKEN IN SOUTHERN WINE GRAVY FRIED CATFISH FILETS W/BOTTLE OF HOT SAUCE & TARTAR SAUCE MACARONI & CHEESE BLACK EYED PEAS W/SMOKED TURKEY SEASONING MIXED GREENS W/SMOKED TURKEY SEASONING HOMESTYLE CORNY BREAD TWO (2) DOZEN RED VELVET CUPCAKES W/VANILLIA FROSTING MmMmMMMmmm Catfish and Greens were "To Die":) and everyone wished there was more!! The corney bread was different, I'd admit, but all the adults enjoyed it. It had real corn in it!! The picky kids would of preferred regular Jiffy from the box, with a ton of butter LOL. I'm so mad I didn't get a chance to have a Red Velvet Cupcake tho , By the time I turned around they were gone. I guess I should of known... hehe I was told they were so moist and frosting was perfect, not too sweet ! I'D LIKE TO PERSONALLY THANK YOU SO MUCH CHEF CHAR!!! I appreciate you, J'Nae & Derrick !!! This was my 1st event and far from the last. Can't wait till our next event or SUPER BOWL Party for our Team @ your house :) !! Mrs. Alasha Woods was a great party planner and then some. From venue decorations to being an emcee of the party, Mrs Woods went out of her way to help make my daughter's 18th birthday party a success. I would hire her again & recommend hiring her.
I needed a chef for a birthday dinner I was hosting at home for my birthday. I was referred to Marckende by a friend on instagram. He responded to all of my text messages very promptly, and was very helpful with making menu suggestions and helping me decide what dishes were best to serve. The party was flawless and the food was AMAZING. Far better than I anticipated! He served a beef wellington dish for one of the courses and it was cooked PERFECTLY (not easy to do in a home kitchen)! The courses were generously portioned and his seasoning skills are fantastic! I couldn't have asked for a more professional, talented chef. I will definitely be using his services in the future! Highly recommended.
My wedding wish came true! I wished for a beautiful day filled with beautiful decor, a warm atmosphere, and wonderful surprises! My wish was granted by Rachael . . . . I really could not have asked for a better wedding planner/decorator. From the initial meeting, great communication, creative and inventive ideas, and a beautifully delivered wedding reception - I had a positive and great experience working with Rachael. I had a lot of ideas and she really helped me fine-tune what I wanted and needed. She has so much creativity that combined fun, fresh ideas with traditional concepts to create a lovely, warm reception atmosphere. She surprised me with extra add-ons that made the day even more special. She was professional and truly cared about making our wedding day everything that we wanted and more. I would highly recommend Rachael for weddings and any other party planning event!!!

An Affair to Remember did an incredible job in planning for our annual Halloween Party that accommodated over 100 guests. They handled everything from start to finish, (The venue, the food, the decorations, the lighting, the music, and even the entertainment). They were professional, easy to work with, and went above and beyond our expectations. I would absolutely use them again for my next event.
My husband and I got married a few months ago at The Wynn in Las Vegas. We live in Dubai and had been trying to organise the event for many months until we hit a brick wall the time difference made things very tricky. After lots of research, we came across Paulina Clute. She emailed back almost immediately with all the information and some great ideas. She is super creative and came up with some really unique twists to make our day special. She video skyped with us every week and we received almost daily updates on the plans. Paulina also helped take our original ideas and make them a lot more cost-effective and stylish. For example, we wanted to rent a fabulous hotel suite for the after party, but the taxes and costs were really high, so Paulina found us the exact same suite that we wanted, but privately owned which really helped to bring down costs. She also took our favourite foods (burgers & grilled cheese) and made them gourmet, offering our guests luxurious mini versions of all their favourites. While we wanted to keep the event classy, we also wanted our guests to experience a little Las Vegas fun, so Paulina helped us trick out the suite with cool touches, such as an in-suite poker table with a dealer, a menu of custom cocktails, and limo buses stocked with mini Moet bottles to take our guests from the ceremony to our party. When we walked into the after party, Paulina and her assistant has transformed the space, everything was completely set up the fire place was on, the DJ was playing our favourite tunes, the food was ready and bubbly poured. There were candles on every surface and beautiful flower displays which Paulina had done herself! As our guests all travelled from international countries (from Australia to England!) we wanted welcome packages to be delivered to their hotel rooms. Paulina found the boxes, custom labels, ribbons and everything inside which included an itinerary for the trip, sunglasses, asprin, mints, playing cards with our initials on them and lots more. She sourced every single item and packed each box beautifully. Planning a destination wedding is difficult but Paulina was our woman on the ground, liaising and meeting with all the vendors to ensure we got the best price possible. The next day, Paulina was kind enough to pack up all our left over booze and bring it to our hotel suite. Its those extra efforts that make her service so special. Her fee is extremely reasonable considering everything she does trust us, we could not have done it without her. She made the entire process easy and fun, and made sure we relaxed on the day and had fun with our friends and family who had travelled so far to celebrate with us. At previous weddings, so many of my married friends were not able to thoroughly enjoy their big day due to stress and planning, but we were lucky enough to have Paulina and enjoy every minute. We cannot recommend her enough, she is brilliant and will be incredibly helpful. She is professional and fun exactly what youd want in a wedding planner.
The Party for my Twins 16th Birthday Bash was great.. I really had no idea on decorating and just had rented a hall. The Manager (Kevin) was great in creating the and turning the hall into a night to remember for the twins.. I recommend ABC Party Essentials for Party Decorations, assistance in getting the job done. We have hired Chef Dan twice - for our wedding and then a few years later for a special birthday party. Both events were outstanding! Chef Dan was wonderful to work with. He was helpful in offering ideas about dishes that would hold up well with a crowd of our size, go well together and present well too. Everyone commented on how flavorful our food was & how beautiful our displays were too. Chef Dan & his staff were professional and friendly. They made sure everyone was satisfied especially the host & hostess. When they returned the second time they pointed out all the renovations we made and remembered the complete layout of the first party without being told a thing. It was amazing. They have a REAL attention to detail, are genuine & the food is second to none. I also recommended Chef Dan to my friend for her wedding 1 year ago. She had the same outstanding experience. For me it was wonderful to see Chef Dan again & have some more of his fabulous cooking.
I didn't know how I was going to pull off getting the decorations for my sister-in-laws 50th birthday celebration at the pool cabanas in Vegas. Not being in town and not having the ability to do any of the legwork myself, I was trusting in Pro Party Planners and they exceeded my expectations and handled everything in the most professional manner. I didn't have to worry about anything other than having fun!
Brandalyn was amazing to work with! We worked with her as entertainment for a birthday event, and had a great experience... great communication in the handling of SO MANY details with the party and well organized. If you're looking for somebody to take away your stress of handling event planning, I'd certainly recommend her!
I hired Erica to do some face painting and a window painting for my twin's baby mickey and minnie themed 1st birthday!! She did such an AMAZING job at both!!! We loved the window painting so much that we actually kept it up for quite some time lol She has such a great attitude and I was so pleased with her work! I couldn't have hired anyone better! I would absolutely recommend everyone to book her!! =D
Carol Finney is a very professional, articulate, astute and creative party planner. I wanted a celebration of life party to be held outdoor in the fall in beautiful Las Vegas. I chose the venue at one of my community centers and Carol helped me with the rest, from soup to nut! What was most impressive was the fact that she didn't have a banquet size kitchen to prepare the dishes and even with that challenge, was able to come up with a classy, pleasing to the pallet presentation for all courses. She is great at improvising and a terrific chef. For every meeting we had scheduled, she was always professionally on time; another quality I admired in doing business with her. To sum this up, my party was the success I hoped it was going to be because God sent me a "no nonsense" party planner to take charge of it. My guests were very complimentary about the decoration and the scrumptious dishes; all done with Carol's guidance. I recommend Carol very highly as a master chef and party planner.
I hired Spin Doctor Entertainment for my son 21st birthday party. I was very impressed with the performance of the DJ and how well he controled the dance floor. The DJ was the life of the party, I will definitely rehire him for my next event.
Pat did face painting at our church carnival. I will definitely call her next year.
