FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers find my pricing to be very reasonable! I give discounts depending on the job, I charge depending on the service. Some services take more time/money to do than some might think (certain larger dressers can take over 2 hours to put together if they have a lot of hardware).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out to see all the details I can get over text or a phone call, if none are provided or an in-person visit is necessary, I will visit to give a more accurate quote, which I normally end up providing the service in person. Note: Not all services can be quoted accurately so I normally give a range.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5+ years of on-the-job experience serving as a Handyman Technician at a Limousine Company for almost 3 years full time and the rest on-call, achieving the position as an Engineer (Level 2) at a Las Vegas Strip Resort shortly before entering the process to enter Commercial Property Management. I have been through a series of trainings for various trades and have been servicing those around me most of my life when it comes to Handyman work.
