I wish Thimbtack would let me click all of the boxes above because Serhii and Olga really hit on all checkboxes! We posted the pictures of what we needed done (the first picture below where the ceiling spot that was repaired needed retexturing and painting) they reached out to me and quickly pointed out that original work was not done correctly and offered to redo the entire job for a very reasonable amount. I was initially skeptical, but I'm glad I followed through! They delivered exactly as they promised. Not only are they very communicative, they are prompt, polite, professional, and extremely respectful of your home and work area. Most importantly the work quality! They indeed finished within the time span promised (only days to spare to complete the repair prior to sale of home!) completely rebuilding the ceiling drywall section which unfortunately had not been repaied properly by a prior, less experienced handyman. They were able to redo it so the ceiling is now perfectly flush and this able to be textured properly. This is where they really delivered, because I was having great difficulty finding a texture company to come in and do such a small job, and those that would demand an extortion rate! I was so impressed on how meticulous Olga actually recreated each texture spot by hand! The ceiling looks absolutely perfect and back to its original form
.. you wouldn't even know it had been repaired! And when all was said and done they adhered to their promised price, even though they went above and beyond spent more time than originally planned to ensure it was done right. I definitely have a go-to handy team now and I highly recommend them!

A huge thank you to Lola and Adam for the kind words and the excellent review! We wholeheartedly agree with everything you said about this project. While we usually don't like redoing work left by less experienced tradespeople, when you reached out and explained your situation—with the house sale just days away and not a moment to lose—we decided to step in and help. Meeting you confirmed that we had made the right choice; my wife and I saw truly kind, sincere people who didn't know where to turn to get the job done quickly and to a high standard without breaking the bank—especially given the many other challenges involved in moving house! We are delighted with the ceiling repair results, too. My years of construction experience certainly helped, and Olya’s art school background proved invaluable, as we had to manually restore every single centimeter of the texture. Naturally, our clients often become our friends, so we always strive to do the work as if it were for ourselves—or even better! We are so happy to have met your wonderful family and look forward to helping you with future projects in your new home! Best regards, Serhii and Olha!
