- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every potential customer receives a custom quote that takes into account aspects of their home and lives. However, we don't guess. We have a standardized formula that accounts for things like pets or no pets, size of home, and lifestyle so that every customer is sure to get a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Great question! One time service requests can often be quoted over the phone. However, for a recurring service request, we highly recommend meeting the homeowner in person, so they can walk us through the home and help us understand exactly what is important to them. It also allows us to ask questions about things we might not have known about without seeing the home in person. Plus, we like to provide a quick demonstration of our hospital grade desensitization equipment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well, my MBA doesn't exactly qualify me as a competent housekeeper, but we do receive extensive training through our corporate franchise partner, Premium Service Brands. Plus, my wife has provided me significant education on how to clean properly.
