- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we offer a fair and competitive price and it is always on par with the quality of the service we provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first we discuss what the customer is looking to have done then I provide an estimate usually in person occasionally by photos. if the price is agreed to we schedule the service collect a deposit, then we get the supplies and we go to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
between my self and the members of my staff we have over a dozen years in the painting industry. not a lot we haven't seen or dealt with.
