There was a mix-up with my building elevator reservation, and the movers ended up having to wait almost an hour before they could start bringing stuff up. I felt terrible about it, but they just waited patiently. Most companies would have been annoyed or tried to charge me extra for the delay, but they did not mention it at all. I am very grateful.

We needed to move display stock and extra supplies from a pop-up location before the lease ended. Most items were packed late the night before and stacked wherever they fit. The crew from GXL Moving Company rolled in, lined up the carts, and started clearing the back area first. They kept rotating between inside and the truck without slowing down. I didnt see items being tossed or rushed. It saved us from needing another day on site.
