I'm a foodie! There are only a handful of foods that I don't like. To me, food is a gift from above. All the different ingredients that can be utilized to create so many flavors to enjoy really inspires me. I only send quotes to potential clients that have 20 or less people attending so that I can provide the quality product and service they deserve. This passion is what I literally bring to the table when you hire me. I love cooking for others. When I see that someone really loves what I made for them, that is one of the best parts of the job.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    After introducing myself, I have a short questionnaire that I go through with the potential client to ensure that I understand exactly what the client wants so that there are no surprises. This is crucial. Knowing a clients wants and needs plus any health concerns, food intolerance's, etc. is an important part of providing a hassle free, positive experience for all involved.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a culinary degree from the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas plus 2 years of additional culinary training at The College of Southern Nevada. I worked in the kitchen at the Riviera Hotel/Casino until it closed in 2015. I also work on-call for a local caterer here in town.
