Your safety is first priority- we will adapt to your current capabilities and challenge you appropriately from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will do an “intake” session in person or remotely- it is a “discovery session” to learn more about where you are and your goals/expectations. We will match your needs to service solution options that fit for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All trainers have several certifications and are life-long learners, continually engaging in further education.
