My experience with KettleBell Bombshell has been absolutely amazing! Lisa exceeds all of my goals and expectations and makes working or fun. She is practical and understanding when it comes to training which is important when working with people. She has extensive knowledge in not only kettlebell training, but also pilates and diet which makes her an all around ideal trainer.
I have been taking yoga at the studio for over a month now, and the instructors are amazing, and very patient with me. From there my love of dance grew and went on to receive a BA in Dance from Point Park University. I danced with several Dance companies and was a Scholarship student at the American Dance Festival. While dancing I wanted to learn more about the mechanics of movement and the muscular system. This led me to study Pilates and the Alexander technique. I received my Pilates Certification through Core Pilates NYC. I now study biomechanics under the direction of Mila Nova master Pilates and Biomechanics teacher and work in Las Vegas!
