- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was diagnosed with an Autoimmune Disorder called MTHFR and this opener my eyes to feeling good. Not just with my health but through mindful movement. My goals are to not only help you with your goals, but to help create a more mindful approach through movement, foods for your specific body and lifestyle. Because Feeling Good is Everything.
