I am an avid Golfer and wanted to up my game on the course. Jenn came highly recommended due to knowledge, not only the Golf game but rotation, core, and overall full body movement. She even developed a method that is easily moveable. So no matter where I am, I can do exercises with Jenn over FaceTime. Thanks to her, my swing has improved significantly.

After having a baby and hitting mid 30s my metabolism fell. I was so frustrated and a friend of mine shared Jenn’s info and we instantly connected. Not only did she help kick start my metabolism with a 7 day detox & reset but, she also held my hand through every part of the process. Pilates was so new to me, and I was intimidated at first, but having someone there to help my alignment and learning to listen to my body, is life changing. It’s now the icing on the cake that has allowed my body to bounce back, and her approach to taking moments for yourself is such a blessing. The biggest gift I could give myself was trusting the process and taking time for me.
