My technician arrived right on time. He was very friendly but professional. He explained everything he was looking at and said he would get his report to SUNRUN as soon as possible. I liked that he was on time, nice, got right to work and let me know his reason for the visit and the process today and what comes next. He spoke to my electrician via phone and they discussed the matter together. I very much like this Company and your Technician. Thank you

Ellison texted his ETA , he was my first call of the day. He was pleasant and professional. He went to the inverter panel and reset it all the red lights went green, he watched and waited while documenting all his readings with a photo, one of the lights showed red, so he went on the roof, after finding a loose connection, he informed me the problem, one of the panels had not been producing power since May 2025. 29/30 panels were working, but the software continued reporting a problem. He spoke with Enphase our monitoring company and verified everything. Thanks for the great work!
