James was punctual and helped us assess the situation that was going on with our pool. He was extremely knowledgeable with the proper treatment plan in addition to knowing the ins and outs of our equipment. Our prior pool company couldn’t figure out how to balance the salt water, causing a lot of yellow algae to form. In addition to high phosphates in the pool. Within just a few days, James was able to help get the pool cleared up. A lot of the algae already gone and continues to come back every couple of days to treat it. Very impressed with the outstanding success! In addition, he helped us convert it from salt to chlorine.
