James was punctual and helped us assess the situation that was going on with our pool. He was extremely knowledgeable with the proper treatment plan in addition to knowing the ins and outs of our equipment. Our prior pool company couldn’t figure out how to balance the salt water, causing a lot of yellow algae to form. In addition to high phosphates in the pool. Within just a few days, James was able to help get the pool cleared up. A lot of the algae already gone and continues to come back every couple of days to treat it. Very impressed with the outstanding success! In addition, he helped us convert it from salt to chlorine.

Requested help on thumbtack for a pool technician, Simple Pools got back within minutes. Next morning he showed up at the exact time set, found the issue again within minutes, left to get a part needed, and arrived back within minutes to install the part. Funny I even asked him if he was a time traveler. Amazing service great guy. Oh and yes my pump is working now better than ever !
