- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm competitively priced, but I don't aim to be the cheapest. I believe there is value in consistently showing up on a schedule and peace of mind knowing we've done what we say we will do, as many of my customers can attest to. I include the price of filter cleanings in my quotes, many companies don't. Neither way is better, but be sure you're comparing apples to apples when evaluating pool companies. I have a few standard coupons on my website that are always available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally meet them and go over any questions they have or issues they had with past pool companies. I explain what we do and why we do it, and send them a summary of my company so they know what they can expect consistently.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We offer weekly pool service which includes brushing tile,step,ledges, emptying the skimmer and pump basket,checking the water level,checking for leaks and damage to equipment,chemical balancing,and netting/vacuuming as needed. We also do acid washes and filter cleaning.
