- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not standard at all. Because some jobs are alot easier then others even thought they might take the same amount of time.. If I'm not breaking a sweat why try and break your pockets.. I'm very fair with my pricing..

Find out what the Customer exact needs are.. Listen very carefully.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the repair industry 28 years.. I Have 3 Degrees.
