- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are flat rate based. Prices vary depending on the type of service that needs to be completed. We are very competitive within the Las Vegas Market.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet the customer, talk to the customer and determine what they are here for, determine if they need service or possibly upgrade there current computer to something that fits there needs. Answer all questions a customer has and provide the best customer service we can. We love our customers and helping people out with there technology needs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all sorts of clients. From the everyday customer that comes into our store, to the small business owner that might need maintenance and upkeep on there POS and computer systems, to large business where we offer support and plans to keep there systems up to date and running at peak efficiently.
