Most transparent plumber we’ve talked with - cut and dry with no fluff . Doesn’t try to upsell you on anything or tell you that you need this this and this upgrades just to hike up the price. Installed a water softener and RO system from two different companies and he happily just took the info and ran with it. Good communication - #1 for value/price based off of all of the other 6 or 7 plumbing companies we spoke with (who also just kept trying to sell their own product that they’re partnered with)

Drain Sergeant was better than I could have expected. I put the request on the Nextdoor app and I was contacted immediately and 15 minutes later he was at my house. After several challenges getting a professional to show up, we found Drain Sergeant. The response time was amazing, and he was able to finish the job the same day.
