After several challenges getting a professional to show up, we found Drain Sergeant. The response time was amazing, and he was able to finish the job the same day. Our house consistently offers extra challenges for any repair job, but Bruce was able to solve every problem, and we now have working sinks and a brand new toilet. Definitely choose Drain Sergeant!

Most transparent plumber we’ve talked with - cut and dry with no fluff . Doesn’t try to upsell you on anything or tell you that you need this this and this upgrades just to hike up the price. Installed a water softener and RO system from two different companies and he happily just took the info and ran with it. Good communication - #1 for value/price based off of all of the other 6 or 7 plumbing companies we spoke with (who also just kept trying to sell their own product that they’re partnered with)
