A few days ago I had major crash of a home-based 3 computer, router and 2 printers system. I chose Ryan because of positive reviews and his come-to-you service. He responded -quickly- and determined that my laptop had failed and through a diagnostic process found serious problems with the desktop unit. I replaced the laptop and Ryan built a new desktop to spec's for me. After installing the unit he insured all components of the new system worked together properly. Ryan then spent several hours working on the new desktop remotely to re-install previous software and insure WIN 8.1 operated properly. His -total- invoice for all of this work was -at least 50%- under most 'mobile' computer services and certainly far less for a better desk top than I would have paid at a 'big box' store or most small computer stores. I highly recommend this guy!!!! He is super knowledgeable, pleasant, and extremely honest. He fixed our issue at no additional cost to us aside for his time, as he knew where to get what he needed and what needed to be done after about 10 minutes of assessing our computer. Chris did an amazing job on our computer. Our computer was hacked and he totally wiped it clean. Re-installed window 10. We are back up and running. I'm funny about letting people in our home. Excellent computer repair company here in Las Vegas. After they did such a great job fixing my home computers, I had them come out to my business and give all my work computers what they call a PC Tune-Up. My business computers now run faster then when they were new. Excellent value for the money spent.
