I’ve been here 3 times in the past 2 years. 1st time, it cost too much for the repair and I just bought a new printer (but he gave me the option of just the quote ($35.00) or I could just leave the printer there (no charge). The 2nd time I went it was worth the repair and I got my computer back in 2 days (geek squad was going to be more than $200.00 MORE and up to 2 weeks to repair!!!!). The 3rd time was just last week. Again… fast repair and not as costly as best-buy

Rob, the owner, responded to me right away and scheduled me an appointment for the next day. George, the printer technician, brought his A game! He was early, was very knowledgeable, and had my printer up and running in less than half an hour. George was very professional and made sure all my questions were answered before he left.
