I brought my computer in to get serviced due to it overheating. I talked to the manager of duke computers on Durango road on Sunday April 20 around 3pm ish. He said that my computer might take as much as 20-24 hours for a diagnostic. I also discussed on the phone about what could be the reason why my computer could be overheating. The guy told me leave my pc and without my power cable. I just want my computer back. They are no longer in business at either store. Do not go to these places.

ALSO IF YIU HAVE AN ISSUE YOU WONT GET ANSWERS EVERCONSUMER BEWARE AND RENTERS BEWAREI rent a condo from Daniel the owner of this company and I have been without heat since I moved in two months ago. Its Thanksgiving week and I have no working fridge and the owner Daniel has refused to answer any messages regarding these issues which are by law his issues to handlePlease pay attention to the pictures here and ask yourself is this a company I should trust with my computer needs??
