larry wen above and beyond omy light installation job. the special bracket was missing and he went way beyond a simple light installation to get everything done. I'm definitely going to have him come back for other projects.
Larry worked with me for a couple of weeks and completed everything I needed to finish up my home. He completed the following: full dinning table assembly, 3 sets of 95 inch wall panel installations, mounted an 80 inch mirror and a piece of framed artwork. He completed led light installation on 3 TVs, installation of 6 sets of wall sconces and lastly, the complete re-do of my TV wall which included wall restoration and paint. He did great work and I’m really satisfied. His prices were reasonable and he is very responsive. I will likely be using his services again and I would definitely recommend. Thanks!

I’m still leaving 5 stars because I know how much reviews matter when you run a service business, and I truly believe everything happens for a reason. That said, I do want to be honest about my experience.
Larry was polite and responsive, but I personally didn’t feel confident in the level of electrical knowledge and overall handling of the project. I decided not to move forward and ended up losing my deposit, which was disappointing.
I’m not writing this to hurt anyone’s business — only to share my experience honestly and respectfully. I appreciate the effort and wish him the best moving forward.
I appreciate the 5 star review. But to be honest you didn’t actually let me finish my work. You were looking over my shoulder the whole entire time while I’m performing very dangerous electrical work that would make anyone uncomfortable. Also There were other workers there working while I was working and you did not one time over look them while they was working. Second every single recess light location that I marked you and your wife approved. I completed 70 % of the work while being looked over and also with other workers and their materials in my way. You told me I wasn’t a real electrician because I showed up with a brand new glow stick to fish wire, how do u know I didn’t leave one that at already owned at a previous customer house and just needed to get one right away. You were just just judging me the whole time instead of giving me a chance to complete the work. I even text you after to ask u again if you’d like me to come back and finish. Like I said I appreciate the 5 star. But if you’re gonna leave a review like this be honest.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work 24hrs!!! And I charge a $50 service call charge to come troubleshoot or give estimate between hours of ( 7am-4pm) $100 emergency calls between (7pm- 11pm) $150 (11pm- 7am). If hired for the job these fee’s are waived.
If you leave a good review, refer customer or are a returning customer I will give you 10% off your next service call.
I stand on all my work, if there is problem after I complete your service call I will come back out the first time for free as long as it’s within 30 days. Anytime after is a $35 service charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a clear understanding of what service is needed. Then I like to explain to them how long it will take and schedule when I can get it done. Then we agree on a price and get to work!
