Emil, the owner, responded quickly to my request and set up an appt. He was right on time, assessed the issues with our refrigerator door not closing properly. It required a part which he had to order. He called as soon as it was in and even came out on a Friday night to finish the job. Even though the fix required quite a bit more time and effort than anticipated, Emil kept the quoted price. He even aligned the door (which had never lined up since installation. I highly recommend Preventative Appliance Repair.

Multiple appliances (avoid GE Profile appliances, just past the warranty period of course), one was not able to be repaired, but it wasn't from the lack of effort! Amil is honest and trustworthy, give him a try

Amil called ahead, and was able to arrive ahead of schedule. He completed repairs on our Samsung dryer in less than an hour. I appreciate that he explained the work very thoroughly, and showed me the parts he was replacing. This is the second time Amil has made a repair for me. He previously did a great job fixing my LG refrigerator. I recommend him for all appliance repairs. He is very knowledgable and trustworthy, and his prices are great!
