Roman was fabulous. He stayed in contact as to when he was going to arrive and although the problem could not be repaired today he diagnosed the issue and helped me to make the right decision as to what direction I needed to move forward in order to get the problem solved. I will most definitely use him for all my appliance repair needs and recommend him to anyone that needs this type of service. Once I make the purchase of the replacement item I will have him do the installation of that item along with another.

Like everyone else in Las Vegas we have all had a bad experience with a handyman or any kind of service technician. Roman canceled all that out by how amazing he was very knowledgeable, very professional, personable, and priced properly. I would refer him to anyone and you will be VERY HAPPY! I have him in my contacts now and I even sent him to another friend this afternoon to do her dryer vents. Blue Ribbon.!!!!!!

I really recommend this guy! My fridge water dispenser was not working, so one of my coworkers told me that her friend knew a really good appliance tech repair guy. She gave me the name and number. I called and that same week I scheduled. He came to the house checked my fridge and told me it was fixable. He just needed to order the part. He even offered us to clean our dryer vent for a reasonable price. Good thing we said yes, because that vent really needed a cleaning! Now my fridge water dispenser and dryer vent are working perfectly! Thank you Roman for being such a great tech!
