Roman was responsive and professional. He told me exactly why my refrigerator/freezer wasn’t working and what he would do to fix it. He gave me a price, timeline and stuck to it. He was efficient and had it all fixed in less than 24 hours. He also repairs other large appliances and will call him again when I have an appliance issue.
