This individual is taking a considerable amount of time to provide a quote, please note quotes are not free; I wonder about their ability to provide timely service. Perhaps they are exceptionally busy. I would not hire him again

Roman was fabulous. He stayed in contact as to when he was going to arrive and although the problem could not be repaired today he diagnosed the issue and helped me to make the right decision as to what direction I needed to move forward in order to get the problem solved. I will most definitely use him for all my appliance repair needs and recommend him to anyone that needs this type of service. Once I make the purchase of the replacement item I will have him do the installation of that item along with another.

I ordered a double oven from a major manufacturer and the installation service was unavailable. Roman was able to quickly get me an appointment the same day, remove the old double oven from the wall and get the new unit up and running.
