Great service with quick results. Extremely professional, honest and candid- qualities that are becoming rarer in the world today. I highly recommend Eagle Home Appraisal. I have worked in realestate for 12 years, and Chip is among the elite appraisers I have encountered.

Chip got in contact with me very quick and gave me a very reasonable price. He came the very next day and started the appraisal. Very happy with this company. I will definitely use them again next time!

I heard from Chip very quickly and we set up the appointment within days. The cost was $400. He showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable and efficient throughout the appraisal. I received his report within 3 working days. A pleasure working with him.
