- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Experience costs, I’m not overpriced but I also know my worth as a professional. I’ve invested lots of years in training and I would hope my guests could tell the difference.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask lots of questions before booking guests because I want to make sure we’re on the same page and that I meet your expectation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked in beauty for 23 years, 12 of those years I’ve worked in education. I’ve taught for both Paul Mitchell as well as Aveda and authored a book to help other professionals titled; Beauty School.
