- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking questions and getting to know them and what they want. Most of all making sure their comfortable and at ease. Getting a renovation is stressful enough so making my customers feel as if their money is going to be well spent is important to me. Making sure the task is understood and throughly planned out.
