We had carpets cleaned and every stain was removed. Had 1000 sq feet of hardwood bamboo floors, cleaned, polished and sealed. Looks like a gorgeous bowling alley. M and E were above and beyond friendly and professional. Amazing job.

Troy was right on time, very professional and courteous. I just got out of the hospital and he was so patient with me especially asking questions. Then he did an extra job for me which caused him to be late to his next appt. Let me tell you he did an amazing outstanding job. I had a 8x10 beige run and runner that has been sitting in my garage because I didn't think there was any hope for it. I was going to throw it away. I showed it to Troy and said that he could bring it back to life. Boy, oh boy did he, he did an outstanding job. I should have taken a before and after picture. I having him coming back to clean my carpets upstairs. His prices out excellent. If are looking for someone to clean your carpets, rugs dining room chairs, then you need to call Details Carpet and Tile Care. Thank you Troy you the diggity bomb!!

Didn't get to work with them....job was intercepted by someone else...no known company. I did talk to Details Carpet and Tile Care about the occurrence Saturday at 10am at my place. The company already cleaned my carpets and were gone by 10am...they did a great job, but were not who I scheduled with or how they knew is a complete mystery.

Carpet Cleaning a newly renovated guest bedroom, two walk-in closets (and an area rug) added during Troy's visit! Troy was on time arriving, expedient at his craft and flexible when I added the area rug! My Mother wants to hire him to clean her closets now and I plan to have him back post Christmas Holidays to kick off my Spring Cleaning 2017 Campaign!! For fair fees for a thorough cleaning job--Troy is your guy!!!
