I am fully equipped, state licensed and insured to deliver prepared food to your designated event location. Conveniently located inside of Caren’s Cakes. We proudly display an "Grade A" certificate through the Clark County Health Department, to ensure the quality of our food and baked goods delivered to our clients.
I am a caterer/pastry chef that loves cooking and creating delicious dishes for my clients and their guests. My prices are reasonable to fit any budget, and I can create custom packages to accommodate your needs. Whether you have a fully catered event or self-service event (drop off service). My staff and I are here to help to make your event a great success!
I will help plan and cater your next event, from small parties, weddings to large corporate events.

Caren and Alexis did such a great job for our last event, we asked them to cater a larger event this year. They arrived with plenty of time to setup, brought everything they needed including prep and serving tables. The food quality and presentation was great...and there was plenty of it. They even brought a few containers for some leftovers. Caren made it easy to pay, and cleaned up before she left. Caren was very flexible and went above and beyond what I expected of her. Thanks Caren and Alexis.

Caren not only went over and beyond in catering, cooking, serving and hosting my party for over 50+people, she did all of this within a 24 hr short notice. She not only made delicious and fresh foods, she also created beautiful presentation from horderves to the main course. If I could give her a 10 star rating, I would have to give her 11!!! Wish she lived near me, I would solely use her for all my parties and events....I know when I have any catering need in Las Vegas, there is no one better to use than Caren's Concessions and Catering. Thank you for all you did to make m y parry a great success. All my guests raved about you and your food!!!!

Caren did an AMAZING job!!! Very professional, excellent communication from beginning to end, and the setup of everything was perfect! I planned a Birthday Brunch and Caren prepared everything just as I requested. All of my guests LOVED the food! People are seconds and thirds. The service was amazing. From the first day I meet Caren, I knew I made the right choice. I was greeted with open arms. Very professional. She showed everything that her business offered and we enjoyed a small lunch desert! The food that she catered for my retirement party was everything that I asked for and more. All of my family members was wanted more and wanted to know who she was and her location for future events. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I initially meet a customer for the first time, I like to get a feel of what their needs are. What type of food cuisine they will be serving, that way I can make suggestions to complement their food choices.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a baker, cake decorator, caterer for over 30 + years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began by catering for friends and family, everyone said that my food was delicious. That's when I decided to go back to school and get culinary training.
